The Description of Services form is a document that clearly states the exact services to be performed by the Virtual Assistant on behalf of the Client. It includes plenty of space to list a variety of tasks to be performed either on an on-going basis or on an as-needed project basis. It also includes an area for listing payment details including the per hour/per project rate and the dates payment is expected to be made.
